Afternoon Tea in Soho – Muriel’s Kitchen

My blogging best friend Sofia Nicorici and I recently ventured out to Oxford Street and Soho to try the Afternoon Tea at Muriel’s Kitchen. An Authentic, classic British Kitchen with a modern twist that serves ‘Home-cooked authentic food that families have loved for generations.’

Their afternoon tea is £16.75 per person and the platter is plenty for 2 people, if not 3 as we couldn’t quite finish ours – See the menu here

Tucked behind the hectic roads of Oxford St, Muriel’s Kitchen was surprisingly busy, although our reservation was 5pm which is probably a peak time. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the staff were incredibly friendly. (We even roped our waiter into taking some pictures for us.)

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Muriel’s Kitchen. With a mid range price, a beautifully presented platter that also comes with a choice of tea and a smoothie and the homely interior, I would definitely recommend visiting!
